Cookie is not mandatory to view the website. If you use Cookie, the site will not work properly or at all. If a student has Cookie on default, I suggest that they use another device rather than their computer, e.g. phone, tablet or someone else’s computer. Taking Cookie off the mode or clearing Cookie would be ideal.
